About Me

Michael Klugman
I have published end-of-week notes to our staff throughout my tenure as Principal (since the Fall of 2011). These reinforce our building goals, provide a central website for staff where we archive important teaching resources, and keep an updated calendar of all important events and deadlines. As of December 5, 2014, I now create the same end-of-week notes for our parents to provide another degree of transparency into the work we are doing to drive the rigor and rounded nature of our programming. I am a former Science Teacher of General Science, Biology, Wildlife Biology, Earth Science and Chemistry in grades 6-12 for a little more than 10 years. I have also been a K-12 Science Department Chair in two districts (including Bethlehem) for nearly 9 years. I am also proud to have coached baseball at the collegiate and high school level (and Little League!) and to have coached basketball at the High School level (boys and girls) at Albany High School and Bishop Maginn High School and to have been one of the original five founders of the Albany City Rocks AAU Basketball Organization.
